This policy explains how Pockblock™ handles information submitted through pockblock.com. It currently applies to our website and launch waitlist. We will update it before the Pockblock app becomes publicly available.

Information we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you provide. We may also receive limited technical information needed to operate and secure the website, such as request timing and basic server logs.

How we use information

We use your email address to manage the waitlist and send product, beta, and launch updates about Pockblock. We use limited technical information to prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and keep the website secure.

Service providers

We use service providers to run the website and waitlist, including Vercel for hosting, Supabase for waitlist storage, and Resend for email delivery. These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy practices. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and your choices

We keep your email address while the waitlist is active or until you unsubscribe. Every marketing email will include an unsubscribe link. You may also request access to or deletion of your waitlist information by emailing launch@pockblock.com.

Children

The waitlist is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy as Pockblock develops. We will post the updated version here and change the effective date above.
